Strong Coaching!
I am a female-focused, qualified strength and conditioning coach with a purpose to support and guide you to achieve your health goals. Through an evidence-based online approach, I will help you simplify the science and cut through the noise of the fitness and diet industry, to ensure you can reclaim your confidence – and a new-found belief in yourself.
My approach focuses on a combination of:
Strength, Nutrition, Health and mindset coaching
Focused on educating and empowering you to form beneficial habits that improve your lifestyle.
I work with women of all ages and from all walks of life – with varying levels of time, stress, families, new mums, commitments, and fears – to find a fitness and training structure that aligns with who you are.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to what ‘health’ means!
As for me, I shifted from the corporate world to coaching in 2016 while living in Singapore, when I recognised a lack of female-centered coaches who don’t just focus on weight loss and ‘quick fixes’. Instead, I wanted to help women grow through fitness, nutrition, mindset, and adventure living.
The more time I have spent coaching women, the more inspired I have become to see what big shifts can be made when women take a more holistic approach to health. Nothing encourages me more than seeing a client do their first push up, deadlift their bodyweight, or take control back into their lives without restriction, over-training, and an ‘all or nothing’ approach.
I want you to feel great in your skin and know that you are enough just as you are.
